That is it from this game and this series! A hard fought one but it was India who came out on top 2-0. We enjoyed your company, hope you enjoyed ours. Until next time, take care and goodbye!
Player of the series, Harmanpreet Kaur!
Player of the Match, Shamima Sultana!
India did a decent job with the ball yet again but they just did not have enough runs on the board. 120 may have been a winning score and they looked on course to get that when Harmanpreet Kaur and Jemimah Rodrigues were batting. Bangladesh though pulled back things brilliantly towards the end and chased it down well.
Bangladesh have avoided the white-wash! A good chase by them in the end. They did not get off to the best of starts as they lost two quickly but Shamima Sultana and Nigar Sultana steadied the ship. The former was the star with the bat as she was the top scorer. She did fall but the game till then was heavily in the favor of the hosts. The lower-order batters then ensured they take their side over the line.
