Right then! That is all we have from this Super Sunday! We have two games coming up on Monday. The first one will be between Deccan Gladiators and Delhi Bulls and it will begin at 6 pm Local (2 pm GMT). The second clash will be between The Chennai Braves and Team Abu Dhabi at 8 pm Local (4 pm GMT). See you there. Take care and goodbye for now!
Faf du Plessis, the skipper of Bangla Tigers, says that they needed this win and credits Will Jacks and Benny Howell for the way they batted. Adds that captaining in this format is quite different but he is enjoying it. Says that Jacks was the perfect guy to play the floating Powerplay over and that over turned things around for them.
Will Jacks is the PLAYER OF THE MATCH! He says that it was important to get the win tonight after two losses in the previous games. Adds that he was short of some runs and it is nice to get some runs. He mentions that T10 is a fun format to play and he has not played much but enjoys it. He finally hopes that they can kick on from this win.
Stay tuned for the presentation.
After putting on a good score on the board, Northern Warriors did the right thing and got the early wickets too. All the bowlers except for Chris Jordan took a wicket each at the start and they were in a comfortable position. But, things slipped out of their hands when Jacks and Howell got going and they had no answer. Northern Warriors are yet to get a win under their belt this year and would be feeling the heat.
Bangla Tigers lost wickets quite early and they were 58-5 in the 6th over. Things looked tough for them as Northern Warriors had bowled quite well. But, the pair of Will Jacks and Benny Howell turned things around. Things changed in the 7th over as they muscled 21 off Chris Jordan and seized the momentum. Boundaries kept flowing after that and they won the match with 5 balls to spare. A fantastic chase indeed!
WOW! What a chase by Bangla Tigers! They did not have the best of starts but Benny Howell and Will Jacks have done a brilliant job with the bat. What chases we witnessed in all the three games on this Super Sunday!

SEVEN RUNS! Comedy of errors there! A dropped catch, overthrows, it has everything! Length ball, around off. Benny Howell hits this in the air towards long off. Chris Jordan running forward dives forward to take a catch but fails to latch onto that one. The batters take two runs. Chris Jordan throws it at the batter's end but the keeper fails to gather it cleanly. Abhimanyu Mithun, behind the keeper, collects the ball and fires in a throw at the bowler's end as the batters try to take another single off the overthrow. The second throw is a wide one and there is no one backing up and the ball races away towards the fence as a result of another overthrow.
