It wasn't the biggest of targets and Manchester Originals Women backed themselves to chase it down. Lizelle Lee played a blinder at the top and never looked back and took her team to 50 in the Powerplay. Emma Lamb fell early but Mignon du Preez joined Lee and made sure that there we no further hiccups. Lee fell towards the end but the damage was already done and they got over the line.
Mockery. Yes, Manchester Originals Women made a mockery of this chase. They started in an explosive manner and never looked back post that. Northern Superchargers Women were never in the game with the ball and were taken apart by the batting.
